  自2005年11月7日(周一)起,上海市港口管理局政府信息公开受理处、公共查阅点、业务受理室受理时间调整为: 周一至周四 上午 09:00—11:30;下午 13:30—16:30;周五 上午 09:00—11:30。
  特此公告。

DANGEROUS GOODS

CARRYING DANGEROUS GOODS

CLASS 1 Explosives All shipments require pre-clearance. Further restrictions may apply depending on the service and individual port regulations.
CLASS 2 Gases Restrictions may apply depending on the service, commodity and individual port regulations.
CLASS 3 Flammable liquids Pre-clearance required for carbon bisulphide and carbon disulphide.
CLASS 4 Flammable solids CLASS 4.1 Temperature Controlled. PROHIBITED FOR CARRIAGE
CLASS 5 Oxidizing substances CLASS 5.2 Temperature Controlled. PROHIBITED FOR CARRIAGE.
CLASS 6 Toxic (poisons) CLASS 6.2 Infectious Substances. PROHIBITED FOR CARRIAGE
CLASS 7 Radioactive materials All shipments require pre-clearance. Further restrictions may apply depending on the service and individual port regulations.
CLASS 8 Corrosives No additional restrictions.
CLASS 9 Miscellaneous All PCBs products, liquid/solid are not accepted for carriage. Asbestos in any form is not accepted for carriage.
Others Hazardous waste PROHIBITED FOR CARRIAGE IN ANY HAZARD CLASSES
Fumigated containers Pre-clearance required.
Dangerous cargo Pre-clearance required. No toxic materials in refrigerated containers.

All class 1 and class 7 shipments must be pre-cleared with Lines even in the case of repeat shipments. Restrictions apply to subrisks as primary. For full details, talk to your representative. Please help us to ensure your goods are delivered safely by using proper packing and bracing. Make sure that all containers are correctly sealed prior to departure and that the seal number appears on your Bill of Lading instructions. Also ensure legally required documentation accompanies the container door-FOR further advice, contact us.

The following information is ALWAYS required on dangerous goods shipping documentation
and must be strictly given in the order below:


■ Proper Shipper Name
■ Class (and Division, if applicable)
■ United Nations (UN) number
■ Packaging Group (PG) *
■ Number and kind of packages
■ Total quantity of dangerous goods


■ Declaration signed by the shipper or the freight forwarder or on behalf of the shipper
